Eiffel Tower.
Eugene Atget
I looked at Eugene Atget.
He captured the old Paris, the image, to me shows poverty, no one is out, tranquility and depth of the streets and buildings themselves.

My image

Eugene Atget

I looked at Atget's picture of Notre Dame and recreated at night in colour, to see how much had changed in the foreground and background. as you can see not a lot.

  • We left sunday morning from uni.
  • Day 2 i went to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame.
Notre Dame.

  • Day three the whole group went to the Catacombs.
  • The Catacombs is a place which is all under ground, because of the fact that people were not allowed to be in a morgue above the surface, so they made a morgue under ground and put all dead people there, the place takes roughly 30 mins to an hour to walk through and most of the walls are 15 feet deep!.
Catacombs.

  • Day four the whole group went to Paris photo, which really was a great experience seeing all different photographers work displayed in front of us.
Photoquai Branly museum.

             Maroc Hassan Hajjaj
                         Spring Summer collection 2018
  • We had to choose an image from this river side exhibition that we liked.
  • I chose this image because of the style and the layout.
  • Day five the group set off home.
